The HBS portal will be unavailable from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm AEST on Thursday 10 September 2026. From 7:30 pm, all services except the Office of Drug Control (ODC) Business service will be available. The ODC Business service will remain unavailable until 10:00 pm AEST.
